Prices, shipping fees & delivery information
We deliver within Germany and to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, UK. More countries are planned and will be added gradually.
Insect fans from Switzerland and Liechtenstein order directly in our Swiss online shop.
Orders placed before 15.00 h will packed and shipped to you the same day. Our shipping service provider indicates the following non-binding delivery times:
- Germany: 2 – 4 working days
- other EU countries: 2 – 5 working days
In addition to the indicated product prices we charge for shipping:
- Germany: 3,90 € – free shipping for orders of more than 45 € value of goods
- other countries: 12,90 € – free shipping for orders of more than 100 € value of goods
The shipping costs will be clearly indicated again in the shopping cart system and on the checkout page. The shipping feess include the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the purchased goods, the flat rate shipping fees can only be finally calculated during the ordering process.
Fee for second delivery
If the parcel cannot be delivered because you were unable to take delivery of the parcel, you will receive a collection invitation from DHL. On this invitation you will find all information about where and until when you can pick up your parcel. If the parcel is returned to us after the collection period, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery.
If the parcel cannot be delivered for another reason (e.g. wrong delivery address), the parcel will also be returned to us. We will contact you to clarify the situation and arrange a second delivery.
The cost for a second delivery is 10 €. The payment will be handled via the online shop.
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax in Germany and other price components.
Guaranteed minimum shelf life
When your order is shipped, our products have a minimum shelf life of 4 weeks, often much longer.
